XH-SHB-YT is a newly designed integrated herbal tea bag-in-bag packaging machine. It is suitable for packaging flower tea, blend tea, herbal tea, dried fruit, etc. This herb packaging machine integrates the production of the triangle tea bag and the overwrapping envelope in the same machine. As a result, the whole machine has a compact structure and occupies a small space. But it does not affect the product quality or efficiency.
It can create nylon naked pyramid or flat tea bags, then the built-in conveyor bucket and the poking rod device accurately fit the inner bag into a 3-side seal flat pouch. The whole packaging process is coherent and smooth. This bag-in-bag packaging machine is very easy to use and will have your operations fulfilling orders in no time!
This Integrated herbal tea bag-in-bag packaging machine can complete the functions of feeding, measuring, bag making, sealing, cutting off, counting, finished product conveying, etc. PLA or nylon mesh film roll is used for the packaging. It is also called biodegradable tea packaging since it is compostable. Ideal for sealing and cutting tea bags with ultrasonic welding.
