It uses a 4-head linear weigher as the filler device, which is usually affixed to the vertical collar-type packing machine. They work together in order to produce an efficient process.
This automated weighing packing solution is designed to quickly and accurately weigh and package granulated products, like grains, slices, seeds, puffy food, cut herbs, etc.
Please take note that the linear weigher is versatile, and it can manage small items that weigh around 2-3 grams each. If the item is bulkier or heavier, though, we recommend using a multi-head weigher instead.
The collar-type vertical packing host is capable of packaging side seal pouches, sachet, and pillow bags. It can operate up to 20-50 bags per minute.
The packaging material uses roll stock film, like OPP/CPP, OPP/PE, and PET/PE.
