XH-P-420 vertical packing machine

The XH-p-420 auger screw system VFFS machines can handle dusty products and fine granular powder products, such as spices, coffee, cream, milk powder, starch, pepper and powdered sugar, and more.

This powder packing equipment basically consists of a screw conveyor feeder, auger filler dosing system, vertical form fill seal machine (VFFS), and finished product conveyor.

With the help of sensors in the hopper, the screw conveyor feeder can fill the products into the hopper automatically.
The product weight can be determined by the number of rotations made with the auger filler.
The vertical bagger is mainly responsible for filling bags with the product and sealing them shut.
The finished product conveyor can deliver the sealed bag to the next packing process or for manual collection.

Bag types

Package Style:

Model XH-P-420 VFFS packing machine is capable of packaging various types of bags, such as side seal pouches, sachet, pillow bags, gusseted pouches, and flat bottom bags. It can operate up to 40-50 bags per minute.

The packaging material uses roll stock film, like PE/PET, BOPP/PET, or laminated film; aluminum foil film, etc.
