MODEL: XH-SJB is an independent Naked Pyramid Tea Bag Packing Machine. It uses the mesh film roll which is made of PLA/nonwovens/nylon as the packing material. Flat packages and triangular packages can be switched for your needs. It is widely applied to various regular and irregular materials like loose tea leaf, Whole leaf tea, blend tea, formula tea, herbal tea, fruit tea, etc.
The pyramid tea bag allows for more space inside the tetrahedral bag so that the leaves can fully open and release their flavor and aroma–unlike a traditional square tea bag. As a result, the pyramid tea bag is widely accepted by customers. It can help you complete tea bag production efficiently.
