This is a vertical packaging machine we designed and manufactured that can pack granular products.
It can fast and accurately pack loose dry goods into bags, such as candy, nuts, snacks, chips, etc. The packing weight ranges from 50g to 5kg (depending on the material).
By partnering with various filling devices, like multi-head weighers, volumetric cups, and linear weighers, the collar-type vertical bagging system can accommodate different product properties.
The XH-450 and XH-520 are the two primary models. The number on the model corresponds with the maximum film width it can accommodate.
Itu mesin pengemas VFFS is perfect for packaging various types of bags, such as side seal pouches, sachet, pillow bags, gusseted pouches, and flat bottom bags. It can operate up to 40-50 bags per minute.
The packaging material uses roll stock film, like PE/PET, BOPP/PET, or laminated film; aluminum foil film, etc.
The VFFS packing machine creates the bags from a rollstock film.
Equipped with a weighing or volumetric filler, this vertical bagging system can fill bags with various types of bulk materials.
